What to include
The more detail you can share, the faster we can figure out what's going on. It helps to include:
- What you were trying to do: for example, "I was trying to log in" or "I was adding a product to my stash."
- What happened instead: describe what you saw, or include a screenshot if that's easier.
- Your device: for example, iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or a computer.
- Your browser or app: if you're using MustStash in a browser, let us know which one (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
A screenshot is always welcome if it helps show what you're seeing.
