Trouble logging in
Can't get into your account? The best thing to try depends on how you usually log in.
MustStash lets you log in with a one-time login code, a password, or a social login such as Google, Apple, or Facebook.
Trouble with a login code
If you asked MustStash to send you a login code but you have not received it yet, wait a couple of minutes. Login code emails usually arrive quickly, but they can sometimes take a little longer.
Check your spam or junk folder Login code emails occasionally land in spam. Search your inbox for MustStash and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email right away.
If you still do not see the email after a few minutes, go back to the log in screen and request a new code. Make sure your email address is typed correctly as even one wrong character will send the login code to the wrong place.
Trouble with your password
If you already created a password for your MustStash account, you can log in with your email address and password instead of waiting for a login code.
If you forgot your password, use a login code to get back into your account. After you are logged in, go to My Account → Account Settings and create a new password.
You can still use login codes even if you have a password.
