MustStash is a shared community database. Thousands of crafters contribute to it, which means many of the products you own are already there and thousands more are being added each week. Instead of typing everything in manually, you search for a product and, with a single click, add it to your stash. Done.
Trusted crafting companies contribute directly
MustStash partners with crafting companies to bring accurate product data and new releases into the community database.
That means better product details, more reliable images, and new products appearing faster for everyone.
Volunteer Curators keep things accurate
With any community database, quality matters. MustStash has a growing group of dedicated volunteer Curators who review products, add details, fix mistakes, merge duplicates, and keep the data clean and consistent.
If you spot a product with a wrong image, a typo, or missing details, you can flag it and a Curator will review it.
What if a product is missing?
Not every product is in the community database yet. If you search for something and can't find it, you have two options:
Create a private product: Add it to your stash right away as a private product, visible only to you. You can start tracking it immediately without waiting for anyone to review it.
Submit it to the community: If you think other crafters would benefit from having this product in MustStash, you can submit it. A Curator will review it, and if approved, it becomes part of the shared database for everyone.

Private products are useful, but community products are what make MustStash powerful for everyone. If you create a private product, consider submitting it later so others can benefit too.
